From July 2 to July 6, when the military opened fire, the morning star flag of West Papua flew over the thirty –five –meters-tall water tower near the harbor in Biak town. The demostration was led by a Jayapura based provincial governement employee named Filep Yopy Karma. I fully support the stance of rejection Filep Karma and his friends on the pardon (forgiveness) will be granted President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono against Papuan political prisoners in Papua.

I am also a former political prisoner who is now the Chairman of the National Parliament of West Papua [PNWP], gave high appreciation to the freedom fighters in custody Abepura Papua, Wamena, Nabire, Biak, Manokwari, Timika and Paniai that has rejected clemency from the Indonesian Government.

West Papua People Still Prosecute Self-Determination

I as Chairman of the National Parliament would declare West Papua peaceful protest in June 2013 to support a member of the Melanesian Spearhead Papua Groups (MSG).

“PNWP assigned to the West Papua National Committee (KNPB) for calling on the Papuan People either abroad or in the Papua to immediately mobilize to support West Papua registration process as an official member of the MSG in the city of Noumea, New Caledonia. On the 27th I received a call again the second time to quickly arrive at Wamena related bombings in Wamena and after I arrived in Wamena on Friday, September 28, 2012, and so arrive at Wamena airport I was immediately directed to the Chief of Police in order to witness Jayawijaya treason against my colleagues are both Enos Itlay and Semi Sambom arrested July 1, 2012 and related carrying OPM Document.
